Ja za slanje koristim pommo.

Što se tiče samog koda, najbolje ti je da ga složiš sa tablicama i inline CSS-om.

Sve slike (ako ćeš ih imati) držiš na nekom mjestu na serveru (npr. www.tvoja-domena.com/newsletter/slike), i u kod ih upisuješ sa punom stazom (npr. http://www.tvoja-domena.com/newsletter/slike/slika1.png)
