Inverse Cinematics consists of Danilo Plessow & Joachim Tobias. Together, they’ve been producing music since they first met in 1998. Their sound is not that easy to describe: It’s situated somewhere between House, Breakbeats & Jazz. What makes IC productions this popular is the super cool vibe that gives all the tracks a specific, moody flavour. By now, Inverse Cinematics released three 12inch Records which have been quite successful and can still be found in the boxes of today’s top dj’s.
Their productions have been internationally broadcasted by names like Gilles Peterson, Rainer Trüby, Nicola Conte, Alan Brown and H-Foundation, rumours said that even Techno Dj’s like Luciano know about the stir the Inverse Cinematics cause. For the near future they are expected to release their debut full length record on the high-flying Pulver Records.
Their 3rd 12” “Detroitjazzin” on Pulver Records is getting charted by names like Reinboth, GP, Spiritual South, Da Lata [..]

2004 is a busy year as IC was working on Remixes for Infracom, Etage Noir, Pulver, Das Modular, Drie Keer Raden , just to mention a few.
