otprilike sam skuzio, napravim transparentan flash banner raznih dimenzija i oblika, stavim ga unutar layera i to radi..
No, kako napraviti da se takav floating banner ucita na naslovnici samo jednom, tj. da se ucita prilikom prvog otvaranja naslovnice, te da se vise ne ucitava prilikom povratka na naslovnicu. brijem da tu imaju "keksici" nekakve veze..

Pa ono jednostavno, ukoliko user nema cookier prikažeš bu banner i postaviš mu neki cookier. Ukoliko ga ima ne prikažeš mu banner, simple...
