Mislim da nema fltera za ovo, jer ako ima vodio bi ga imati...ovo je valjda vector art neke slike u illustratoru, corelu...

ili su crtali ili su slike pretvorili u vektore pa cistili nepravilnosti ( trace tool - freehand ili make trace - illustrator)

Ma može se to i u Photoshopu, poigrat se sa levelsima i artistic filterima kao što je cutout, poster edges itd.

Kad primijeniš cutout i smanjiš sliku izgleda kao da si bacio u vektor (uz određene postavke)

ako hoces vektorski rad, uzmes fotku i u ps-u cutout. onda uzmes pen tool pa crtas po fotki. sve skupa traceas i doradis u corelu ili illustratoru. ne zaboravi 2 zlice vegete.. Very Happy
