Ovako, trebao bih napraviti neku skriptu za php, kako bih sa neke stranice (primjer: iskon.hr) citao temperaturu u zg te prikazao na svojoj stranici.

Znam za onaj sajt sa temperaturama, ali mi ne odgovara njihov banner, vec ovako bih volio.

Nije mi jasno - od kuda misliš dobivati informaciju temperature: sa toplomjera (highly unlikely, sa tvojim iskustvom php-a) ili sa neke stranice?

Ako je sa neke postojeće stranice - sa koje? Daju li feed za temperature? Daju li bilo kakav XML, ili samo HTML?

Kako sada citati s tog sajta i prenjeti na moj?

znam jako malo o php-u ali ide.

I oni vuku podatke sa druge stranice. http://vrijeme.hr/metpost.html sadrži popis meteo stanica u Hrvatskoj. Odabirom određene stanice dobiju se trenutni podaci (npr.http://vrijeme.hr/ZAGREB.html ).
Problem je sad naravno izvuć podatke iz html-a - da bi to napravio moraš ipak znat nešto više php-a od "jako malo" razine... Potrebno je parsat html, podatke koji ti trebaju negdje spremiti (u neki file, bazu...),te ih čitat onda po potrebi van i prikazivat na stranici.
Stvari možeš "komplicirat" po želji i u preuzimanju i u prikazu podataka - ima puno varijacija na temu.
Stvar nije sasvim jednostavna ali nije opet ni tako strašno - sve ovisi koliko kužiš php...
