puko sam na poslu, pa mi se neda raditi i idem ispalit jedan recept,.....makar mi i diso uletio u ofis. Dakle,....

Pijani brancin copyrighted by klikerova baba

Kupis brancina, ne u konzumu smrznutog nego svježeg u ribarnici(npr. trznica/utrina)....3/4 komada zavisno od broja gostiju i njihove prozdljivosti. Paziti da ribe ne budu vece od tave kako nebi glave i repovi virili van. Ocistiti ribe,....natrljati ih sa solju iznutra i uvaljati u brasno (ja volim kukuruzno ali moze i obicno). Sve to staviti u tavu sa hladnim uljem na lagaanoj vatri. Staviti dosta ulja da ne zagore. Peci dok ne dobiju zlatno boju sa obadvije strane,....smanjiti vatru na skroz laganu i uliti 1 dl bijelog vina,...najjeftinijeg, moze i Ribar. tako "kuhati" u tome na laganoj vatri, paziti da ne zagori, i dok ribe ne omeksaju.
poslije staviti u salvete da upiju ulje i sljuziti ne previse toplo. za salatu kuhanu cvjetacu, matovilac, limun, kapar, prokule,...etc. po zelji.
sve to zaliti sa crnim vinom,....tga za jug ili crnogorski vranac.

sex i droga po zelji. (ovo sam ja ubacio, nije dio babinog recepta)

već sam jeo ribu na taj način i puno je bolja ako se prije toga ispeče na gradele, ap onda u vino.. Wink

ne smijem ni zamisliti sta bi se meni desilo kad bih kojim slucajem zapalio rostilj u stanu Smile

Ličke Pole na MC-jev način

Uzmeš šaku krupmira (5-6).Svaki krumpir narežeš ne pola like this:

Onda posoliš kumpir like this:
-
Onda ih stavimo u rol i stavite na 200-250 C .Dok se pole peku vi do tad narežite slanine,luka,izvucite vrhnje ili jogurt iz frižidera.
Kad su gotove pole (cirka: 30min) izvadite iz pećnice i ogulite koru kumpira,kasnije poslužite s gore navedenim prilozima.

MC, bolje ti je slaninu narizat i onda je staviti u špaher na pole pri kraju tako da se ispeče i slanina i da pusti soka malo, slađe je.
