trebao bi prikazati rss sa index.hr na sajtu, ali njihov rss je iso-8859-2 a meni je sajt utf-8 encoding.
pa mi treba neka klasa/funkcija za pretvaranje charseta, malo sam googlo, naso sam samo finalRSS koji ima tu mogucnost pretvaranja charseta iz iso-8859-2 u utf-8 i druge kombinacije, ali mi bas i ne radi dobro, neka slova prikaze a neka ne (đ,ž)
a na php.net ima primjera, ali kad kopiram nebude bas sve ok.
