jeli moguće to? (čini mi se da sam nesto tako napravio.. nekad davno) 
znaci <div sa fixed width i height i overflow:auto; i sad mi jos treba da je lijevo scroller?

How do you get the scrollbar on the left side instead of the right? Simple.
Inside of your <BODY> tag add:
style="direction:rtl"
Then, before adding any content, put this line:
<div style="direction:ltr"> |
