Nisam znao gdje da stavim ovu temu pa sam je ugalvio ovdje..
Ima li netko na forumu da radi web na linuxu???
Ta ideja mi se svidjela pa sam malo razmisljao o tome...

Koji alati, kako, razmisljanja i stajalista???
Samo naprijed, raspisite se...

Ja bih svakako preporučio raditi na Linuxu svakome tko kodira web u skriptnim jezicima (PHP, Ruby, Python, Perl) zbog toga što je zbog mnogobrojnih (command-line) alata Linux puno bolja razvojna platforma od win

Alati? Za HTML / CSS / programiranje dobar text editor: Kate, vim, Emacs ili jEdit; za grafiku Gimp, browser Konqueror ili Mozilla; za sve ostalo tona command-line alata (wget, grep, svn, tar, ssh...)

što ti za web još treba? Smile

Hvala Sulien, sad si mi ulio nadu...
Mislio sam da ce neki rec da je linux nula za to, a da sve treba radit na Mac-u...
Hvala ti na ovim alatima, moram pohvatat neke osnove linuxa malo da se mogu snalazit lakse...
Nego, jedino bih volio da me jos autoriziras na icq-u...

Ja sam Mac wannabe jer je OS X sagrađen na FreeBSD (znači unix-oidna plaforma) sa predivnim user interface-om (ja sam sucker za grafičke interface-ove i želim ih jednom razvijat) Very Happy

Naravno, kako sam klošar nemam love ni za pola mac-a a neću dugo ni imati, pa sam stuck na windozima i linuxima.

Ne autoriziram na ICQ bilo koga (pogotovo ako ne napiše reason!) jer ne volim biti svačiji free tech-support guy Confused

Fuj to, kaj će ti photoshop kada imaš gimp kod kojeg je delete umjesto brisanja ctrl+k, kuiš sve je logično Rolling Eyes

I second that.
Uglavnom, imas SciTE, Bluefish editore, nvu, gimp, inkscape za vektorsku grafiku.

I hrpu browsera - epiphany, konqueror, ff, opera itd itd
